Autofor cutting wheel perfectly cuts any metal hardness HRC0-90.
At present, Autofor divides metal hardness into four categories.
1.HRC <30 2.HRC 30-50 3.HRC50-60 4.HRC>60.
At the same time, the cutting wheel has four kinds of hardnesses PB>MB>LB>KB, suitable for various metallographic specimens cutting,
HRC40-50(non-heat treated steel):Carbon Steel,Stainless Steel,S-C Series Tool Steel,SK Series,SS Series Mild Steel.
HRC50-60(heat treated steel-alloy sool steel):SKS,SKT,SK3,SUP,S45C,SCM415,SNCM439.
HRC58-64(hard heat treated steel):Special Alloy Steel,SKD,SKH,SKS3,SCM415,SACM,SNCM439.
HRC40-63(cast iron FC and forged cast iron):Cotton Series.
