1. Precision cutting machine is divided into upper body and lower body. The corner pillar is 120*120*10(MM) square pillar, and the full seam welding of A3 steel with 2.5MM thickness outsourced.
2. The whole installation platform of the equipment is made of 20mm thick steel plate, the driving installation platform and cutting working platform which is made of 2*20MM=40MM thick steel plate. The gantry milling process is adopted to ensure the horizontal accuracy of the lower rack installation platform, and the stress relief treatment is carried out as a whole to ensure that the long-term use of the platform is not deformed.
3. The equipment space is divided into five parts including the motor cabin, the cutting cabin, the maintenance tool cabin, the cutting fluid storage cabin and the power control cabin.
4. Speed adjustment, stroke setting,adjustment of feed speed,automatic compensation function, product counting, intelligent alarm, inner or sweeping cutting.
5. Extendable three-pole cutting, where the movement of a workpiece or cut-off wheel in three directions (X, Y, and Z) in a machine can be cut automatically.The machine programming is predefined and can also be done by manual cutters, which can precisely position the workpiece within a few microns of a precision cutting machine.
